[TYPO3] Typo3 4.0: Mysql errors both in backend and in frontend

Hi Kevin,

try to delete the temp-files in typo3conf/ and typo3temp/.

If that does´nt help, use Install tool -> Database Analyzer -> Update 
requered tables to compare your database with the original one.
