[TYPO3] Timeout error on extension install

Hello,

I am trying to install the RTE HTMLarea extension with the documentation. 
It keeps giving me the error given below. I have had this problem earlier 
also during other extension installations when tables were being 
created/updated. I had to do those tasks in parts to install the full 
extension. I am unable to do that for this extension.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in 
C:\wamp\www\dummy-3.8.1\typo3\t3lib\class.t3lib_div.php on line 2101

Any idea how I can increase this time out duration.
