[Typo3] backend is blank no text only icons

Greetings,

I have an odd error in my Typo3 installation (fresh install). Everthing
works fine no errors or dependency problems. At least none show up, but
the backend is blank. There are only icons visible and none of the texts.
I've looked trough several archives last night, no solutions. Has somebody
experienced the similar problems?
