[Typo3] Site down - plz help!

I've got a huge problem! When I was adding new content to our live site
everything crashed after saving. This is the error-message I've got when I
click on the page tree:

What can I do? Is there a way to delete the page I was editing from the
database? Maby that should work?
I really need help!
