[Typo3] Toolbar links

Hi, I'm making a website with normal links aka company, services, 
customers... This links are in a menu.

I want to have a sort fo toolbar with standar links like contact, print, 
sitemap...

What I have done is a page for each of them, and hardcoded links in HTML...

How can do to have none of these pages shown in menu (contact, print, 
sitemap) ?

I don't know if i'm explaning correctly my problem , but what I want to 
do is something like in http://www.minff.dk/ with Sitemap and Kontakt...

Maybe I'm not approaching the problem the right way...
