[Typo3] News category selection for normal BE user

Hello,

An admin can create news an assign them a category. A normal backend user 
can edit and modify the news created by the admin but after the save, the 
category is lost.

I have tried to give all permissions to the user (except being an admin), 
but it doesn't help.

This problem has already been reported (without solution) by Christian 
Stuedemann in

Is it a bug ?
Is there a solution ?
