[Typo3] CRON or Scheduled task for typo3 3.8

Hi,

We want to synchronise Typo3 with our LDAP automatically.  We use ldap_sync for the manual synchro.  How can we do that ?  Our Typo3 (3.8) installation is on a Windows 2003 server with Apache.  Is there an equivalent to CRON or scheduled task for typo3 ???
