[Typo3] t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php?

But that's just it.  I *did* uninstall the extension before deleting the 
source.  When I look at $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList'] it does *not* 
include the extension reference.  And it only impacts one of my several 
domains/subdomains that I can see.   I just can't figure out why it's still 
looking for this extension...
