[Typo3] 3.8.0 bug ??

Hi all
 
I have little troubles with the 3.8.0
 
I have all done like in the 3.7.0 to create a new webside lang
in the 3.7.0 it works without troubles
in the 3.8.0 it works if I make an import, but if I create it in the same
way/data in the 3.8.0 like the 3.7
 
the menue is wrong... it means that, if it comes it have the wrong id`s,
some not exist... and so on
the content is ok shown 
 
is there a bug inside??
