[Typo3] Some diff for rf_content_comments

Hello,

I've done some changes to rf_content_comments because I like to have a back 
link to orginal page without the comments shown on the page that is 
displayed after posting a new comment.

I like to make this change public but before I have a single question: I use 
$this->pi_linkTP() to create the link but get a doubble id in the url for 
the back link. This might not be the correct function but I don't know any 
other. It is working but I think something is not 100% ok in my code. You 
can try it at my testpage at http://www.newald.name/index.php?id=199 (Sorry 
for the german text but I think you know the form, "Zurück" on the lower 
right side of the middle part is the back link I've created)

If their is any way to get a back link without modifying the code I will use 
this but I found none.

After solving this litte problem, how to make this change available? Simply 
send this to the author of the extension?
