[Typo3] import export on typo 3.8 fread() error

Count me in on this problem too!!

I am trying to import a .t3d file and I get:

Warning: fread(): Length parameter must be greater than 0. in /home/deercree/public_html/typo3_src-3.8.0/typo3/sysext/impexp/class.tx_impexp.php on line 2497
