[Typo3] Is there a manual way to remove an extension

You can remove the extension key in the localconf.php file, in  
typo3conf, or through the install tool...

If this is about the error you described about api_macmade, first try  
to erase the temp_ files in typo3conf...
If this doesn't work, remove the extension key...
