[Typo3] Classifieds Ads error

I have added the Galileo - Classifieds (galileo_classifieds) Ext and set the PID of the page in the Constant editor.

But when trying to use the BE Classifieds manager it does not provide and "Add Category" or "Add Subcategory" link.

If I add the Category when using "list" "add record" it does not show up in the Classifieds manager. 

If I try to add subcategory using "list" "add record" I get the following error when it tries to load the Catefories.

I did origanly import data form another install and the Ext seemed to work fine in the front end except when I added an item and checked the Subcategory and submitted it. It would add the item but it never took the subcategory...

Does any of this point to a direction I should be looking to fix it????

NOTE: I have installed this on another server without any problems.
