[Typo3] issue with api_macmade

I just installed api_macmade on my site and now all I get is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: addpiflexformvalue() in /home2/www/woodridge/typo3conf/temp_CACHED_ps29db_ext_tables.php on line 1255

This occurs on both front and backend pages.  I am a bit frantic to get this resolved as my site is don't.  Does anyone have an idea?
