[Typo3] hide menu

hi there,
is it possible to say typo3 with typoscript -> open this internal site 
in a new window, but
do not show the menu? right now i output the menu with

   MENU_LINKS = HMENU
       MENU_LINKS{
             special = directory
             special.value = 26
             entryLevel = 1
             1 = GMENU
             1.NO = 1
             1.NO{
             wrap = |<br>
             XY = 190,22
             backColor = #ffffff
