[Typo3] Direct mail ans css cid part

Hi Pierre,

what do you mean with "the css styleshhet is never used"?

Is it not included in the mail or does your mail client not use it? Does it
work on the web site? Have you set baseURL, prefixLocalAnchors or anything
like that?
