Okay, so one person says it wasn't nice. Then I would ask for an answer
to this question: Over the years there have been a lot of people who
have asked one or two questions and then are never heard from again: if
we retain one person and lose thousands, is that a good ROI? Another
question: Is this the kind of reputation TYPO3 wants to have (i.e., "we
have very knowledgeable support, if you can tolerate the rudeness.")?

Which is what I expressed in my response to the original question.

As I said before, I was the first on the list to offer help. So your
point is...?

Granted. So when I am the first to answer you, which language would you
prefer? I would guess you, like most people, would actually prefer to be
spoken to with respect and get an answer, rather than to be spoken to
with disrespect. Just wondering.
