I guess you will know after readin the docs I mentioned.

Well - just to keep you informed - I started business in 1991 and began
producing websites in 1997.
But good to know that you already know the basics. This will make things a
lot easier while using TYPO3.

Well - exactly this is the reason why I am an active member of this
community. I want to help people and as you may have noticed by searching
the archive I am doing so for 3 years now.

I think there is a slight difference between "rude" and "hostile".
What is so hostile about telling people the truth?
Why should I tell you something more polite, when it's simply a fact that
the output of your page is horrible.
Maybe you noticed the small word "if" in the sentence: ... but _if_ this is
a template you created on your
own ... If not - fine! Now you know where it came from and what you should
do to get better results.
If you run into other problems feel free to ask - if am able to and find the
time I will happily answer your questions.

You think a newsgroup with about 50.000 postings in a few thousand threads
containing a lot of high quality is "lack of support"?
There are even special groups for different purposes like install,
content-rendering, different extensions and projects. All of them very
competent, full of good advice and everything else but hostile.
Maybe you should get a newsreader and give them a try.
