[Typo3] cc_awstat configuration on windows

Hi Board, 
I'm trying to get the cc_awstat extension to work but am having no luck. I'm
using a windows server but the available tutorial - How to install AWStats
Extension in Windows/Apache environments - only seems to cover apache
installation.

Can anyone help me?
