[Typo3] Rendering in FE weird

Hi listers,

No one have any idea ?? it's really gonna make me crazy ...
i have nothing in the TS config of my page... nothing specific in setup 
i really don't know from where it can be ....
<h1> renders html escaped &lt;h1&gt

Any help will be appreciated
