[Typo3] tt_news error?

Hi,
I'm trying to install tt_news but all I get is this strange error after
adding the tt_news template to "include static (from extension)" :

D:\web\MySite\www-root\typo3conf\ext\tt_news\pi\class.tx_ttnews.php* on line
*103*"*
*Any ideas what the problem might be?
