[Typo3] Obtaining information richful menu

Hi.

I'm using templavoila for my first typo3 site and TS for menu, as usual.

Some subsections of my sites has page where user can see a list/index of 
articles in that subsection, as a subpage of that page.
In my plan i wanted to create and keep updated manually each of this 
list by templavoila but i thought that could be a manner to render this 
automatically by the Menu functions of typoscript.
What i need is a list of record related to the subpages where i put this 
  submenu.
Each record has the follow field: linked Page title ( the same it's 
rendered by the standard menu function ), Author, Author Email, 
Abstract, Last Update, Subtitle ( i wish to wrap this so for the "en" 
value a little english flag appears in front-end, and for the "it" value 
a little italian flag appears ).

As you can see these are all field that editor can store in an advanced 
page header.

So, how i can make this kind of rich menu ? I know asking a complete TS 
is too much so i'd like to have at least only some keyword to better 
target my info research in TSref and other doc.
