Well, they've got lots of chapels, too. Lots of chapels. ;)))

Seriously, lots of conventions and trade shows are held there because
hotels are cheap, California is close and Vegas is probably the
cheapest place on West coast to fly to from the East. Plus, a lot more
people are likely to come.
