[Typo3] No template found! Using multiple Templates

Hallo

I have a very strange problem in using multiple (cascaded) Typoscript Templates for
the same page.
Currently I have this template configuration:

   |-styles.content (default)    	    	    	    	 	
   |-styles.sitemap.text   	   	   	   		
   |-styles.header.gfx1   	   	   	   		
 |-content (default)   	   	   	   		
 |-tt_address   	   	   	   		
 |-direct_mail_subscription   	   	   	   		
 |-tt_news   	   	   	   		
 |-metatags   	   	   	   		
 |-make_printlink   	   	   	   		
 |-rlmp_officedocuments   	   	   	   		
 |-ts_language_de   	   	   		
 |-HOME.MAIN.Template
MAIN TEMPLATE

As soon as I try to add a new template at the same place as on HOME.MAIN.Template 
Typo3 sais: No template found!

I couldn't find the error. Can someone help me. I really require this second
template.
