[Typo3] Gdlib not found by installer

I found this in there:

-with-gd=shared' '--enable-gd-native-ttf'

But, I don't see it anywhere else. I tried reinstalling the rpm for
gdlib, and it says it's up to date. It says the same thing if I try to
update it through cpan.

Any ideas why?
