[Typo3] tt_nes restrict cat error

Hi,
I am getting a mysql error when I restrict the tt_nes categories with 
this code in the be_user config:
Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL 
result resource in /class.t3lib_db.php on line 741
This is my TS:
options.useListOfAllowedItems = 1
tt_newsPerms.tt_news_cat.allowedItems = 20
I checked the be_user & be_group tabes and they both seem fine.
tt_newa is working fine other than this.
I have no idea what could be causing this problem.
Any ideas?
