[Typo3] Export site problem with TV?

Hi.

When I try to export a site with the export -> .t3d i run into problems.
I have TYPO3 3.8.0 with TV 0.4 on a debian sarge system.

The export "ignores/misses" some files and directories in my fileadmin 
directory.

For example.
fileadmin/templates/sitename/
->img/img1.jpg
->img/img2.jpg
->ext/sitename.css
->template.html

Of these file only.
->img/img1.jpg
is included in the export.

The directory ext/ with content is ignored, and the template.html is 
also ignored..

And this is tested on 2 test installations with the same result.

If I copy all the missing files to the other server all works like a 
charm, so it isn't reallyh a huge problem..

Is someone out there having the same problem?
