[Typo3] The parameters in the link from RTE text content are not passed to the php

well guys,
  it takes from me several hours to find that I have to define the parameters into the config as follows:
  
  config.linkVars = id, personname
  
  this let's _GET catches the parameter...
  
  BUT... another problem occurs, i.e., I cannot move from the resulted  page from the script to any other page! all links are keeping me in the  same page... 
  
  can someone point me to the solution instead of waisting my time!
