[Typo3] Can't Login to BE after install

I have the same problem,

after a trace I found out a kernel part in userauth does a session check":

error where it goes wrong: PHP session stored challenge $_SESSION[
'login_challenge'] and submitted challenge logindata[chalvalue] did not
match. so authentication failed.

I can comment out the line in the kernel but is not a good solution. I will
keep on looking but if anyone has a solution please let me know.
