[Typo3] Site map for multiple sites?

Firsts, can you explain what do you mean by "tabs"?

I have modified google sitemap extension (google_sitemap by Peter Russ)
which works with multiple sites and does not display "not in menu" or
hidden pages. I can share it if necessary.
