[Typo3] a error occur after i install the Handbuch für Redakteure(the extension key is "ch_handbuch")

Hi,
     i just finish installing the extension (the extension key is 
"ch_handbuch"),and then when i click the "Handbuch" in the Help 
Module,there is a error like this.what is the reason?and how can i deal 
with that? thank you .
