[Typo3] Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class tx_sv_authbase...

Hi zsl,

cc_sv_auth is a system extension since TYPO3 3.8.0, now called "sv". You
mustn't install the extension twice!

Please refer to the documentation before installing extensions!
