[Typo3] No pages are viewable, page source is blank.

Good tip Antje,

I've checked and double check the TS code. Not only is
it good, but I've created another site (just to be
sure), and based it off of the BUG pre-made template.
Everything is still blank.

Any other ideas ... ?
