[Typo3] t3d import and relation problem

Hi list,

When importing a section of the page tree using t3d import the uid 
relations are lost. This I believe has been a parenial issue. Does 
anyone have a work around to it... other than manually setting uid ;-(
or forcing the uids would make other things go crazy.

What do you do to import/export a section of of tree?
