Just create a seperate marker or subpart for each menu.
And create on the markers seperate menu-objects
If you won´t a menu to display just some of your entries, use the special-property
There you can tell the menu just to display a list of pages

Btw: If you set the page-status to "invisible" or to "not in menu" the sites are not displayed in
your menu!
