[Typo3] Paste As Text in RTE htmlarea

Finally someone's complaining about it. My boss told me to keep it until
someone complains about it.

I'll try to remember that.

A lot of our clients aren't geniuses when it comes to computers. The RTE
is scary to them, but they usually do know Word (I know the RTE is
almost the same as Word, but try convincing them of that).
Also the website usually isn't a core business for them, so they work on
it when they have time. Which is usually five minutes here and five
minutes there. They don't want to have to log on and navigate to the
correct page every time. So they make it in Word and copy/paste it into
the page when the text is finished.
