[Typo3] Can use TCEform in frontend / frontend plugin?

That is already fixed, but more problem found.....

gfx/....gif are using related link,
they working in backend (/typo3/gfx/) but missing in front end.
javascript has the same problem

The most important is, I just found out that it DEAD if I am not logined as
a admin.

a few different *Fatal error *said member function xxxx on a non-object, and
it change some time....

I am very belive my first idea now. It must a BACKEND INTERFACE module, not
FRONTEND INTERFACE.
