[Typo3] Will there be an updated WAMP-installer including 3.7x or 3.80 in the near future ?

I am not sure there will be WAMP packaged version but I downloaded and
used (to learn typo3) XAMPP from http://www.apachefriends.org/en/  on
Windows. I downloaded zip version Typo3 3.7 and it works without
problem. HTH
