[Typo3] fe_users insert records?

Hi,

whats the best way to use the content type -Insert Records- for the 
fe_users table? I changed ext_tables.php and added

t3lib_extMgm::addToInsertRecords('fe_users');

but without success. I studied the setup of tt_address and 
css_styled_content but i just can't get it.

Any ideas?
