[Typo3] TYPO3 3.8 and 3.7.1

I couldn't find the GraphicsMagick settings in the install for 3.8 - is 
this a linux only setting? I also can't seem to find any way of 
launching an index crawler, is this possible with this version, or is it 
a "this will be possible in the future"?
