[Typo3] Script page type not available

Meanwhile, I figured out that I have to completely remove the "CSS 
styled content" extension from my system. If I do that, the "script" 
type option is available! However, if I install the extension back, the 
option disappears (even if I don't include it in the underlying 
template) and I'm not able to create page content of type "script" anymore.

Is that an intentended correlation or a bug? If the former, could 
someone please explain me the reason for that?
