there are some more extension combinations that lead to problems like 
that. You`ll have to look into the extension source-code and check which 
classes are extended.

Say they both extend class.t3lib.formmail.php. Then merge the changes 
into the ux class of *one* extension and remove the ux class from the 
other extension.

Sometimes it is even sufficient to install the extensions in a different 
  order.
