[Typo3] RTE Firefox cut/paste extension

Hello list,

The htmlArea RTE comes with an extension that allows Firefox to access the 
clipboard (to be able to paste content). However, when trying to install 
this (first time you try to paste content, a dialog appears requesting to 
install the ext), I get the message that "Firefox prevented the website 
from installing software" - even when I add the site to 'allowed sites' in 
Firefox config. Very annoying. Is it possible to manually add this 
extension to Firefox?
