[Typo3] Extra link "read more >>" at bottom of text- or text w/image-content-element

Hello!

I need a small extension in the BE which adds an optional link field 
(f.e. "read more >>") at the bottom of text- or text 
w/image-content-elements.

Anything (similar) done on this? If yes, please let me know. If not, I 
have to start coding it :)
