[Typo3] Typo adds <p>&nbsp;</p> after h1 tags

Because I have titles and subtitles, etc so my text might be
<h1>title</h1><h2>subtitle</h2>, etc., to which typo appends a useless
<p>&nbsp;</p>,plus I'm already using the "header" field for a different
purpose.
