[Typo3] Suggestion for a simple ticket system

For the past three years, our small nonprofit has used a simple 
forum to keep track of tech issues, computer problems, and to-do 
lists. Now that we have Typo3 as the CMS for our Intranet, I would 
like to retire the forum and use a T3 extension. As I look through 
the repository, I see many options. What is your experience? What 
do you suggest? Thanks.
