[Typo3] Best way to configure my right navigation

I am now exremely frustrated, this is only one of two things I need to 
finish and I am not getting it.  For some reason it is now working at 
all for me, this is the TS I have entered for it:

#Right Navigation
lib.rightnav = CONTENT
lib.rightnav {
   table = tt_content
   select.orderBy = sorting
   select.where = colPos=0
   select.where = pid=51
}

lib.rightnav.10 < styles.content.get

As you can see, nothing is in my right column.
