[Typo3] Site Name in Browser Title

I recently creted 2 sites using Typo3.7.

In one of them, the page title in the broswer window shows as "Site Name
- Page Name", which is good.
In the other, the page title says just "Page Name", which is not so good.
I can't for the life of me figure what the difference is between the two
sites which makes them show different information in the browser title bar.
Is this something you set in the template, or where?
