[Typo3] Typo3 3.7.0 and MySQL 4.1.x - Error?

It's a mysql 4.1 issue... it's very well known by now....
newer version of typo3 will remove that if the are core extentions.

A call to all extention developers will be to change there extentions,
not sure why they are so slow with that yet though...
