[Typo3] TSConfig: change BE usergroup on the fly

ah yes I had that problem, you need to remove the extension and then it 
will allow you to log in again.  Contact Bernhard, as he might have a 
newer copy that he will send to you via PM.  He sent me a private 
version where he fixed a few little things, and he was helpful about 
solving problems I had with the extension when I was tryign it.  (again 
thats probably at his descretion and time).
